Children: Minimum 8 years (and according to an adult)
Slow down and enjoy a nice time in the company of the cats, a good cup of coffee, tea or cold drink, as well as a delicious croissant (morning visit) or cake (afternoon visit).
Welcome to quality time, presence and cat netting. All the cats are used to humans and are fond of social contact and interaction, so if you are considering whether you should adopt a new family member and would like to feel the chemistry or if you simply lack soft fur and paws in your life, you are welcome.
Come alone, with a friend or family and join the VikaLikat community. We speak both Danish and English.
-
Access to the cat lounge
-
A cup of coffee or tea or a cold drink from the refrigerator
-
A delicious croissant (when visiting in the morning) or a piece of the day's cake (when visiting in the afternoon)
We have some other snacks (including vegan) that you can choose instead of a croissant or cake.
Booking the day before is necessary as the venue is not open to walk-in guests, but simply open during the scheduled visiting hours.
Outerwear and shoes stay in the entrance hall, where you have the opportunity to borrow a pair of slippers.
We ask that you avoid strong perfume so that both cats and humans can breathe freely.
**Remember: **
The cats live here 24/7 and you are visiting their homes. They are allowed to move around freely, including choosing whether to play, cuddle, sleep or withdraw if they don't want company. We do our best to create a safe and good environment for both cats and guests, but it is always on the cat's premise.
Upon arrival you will be given a brief introduction to the place and our four-legged residents, so you are well dressed for the get-together. The gathering is at your own risk and finally ask if you are curious about something or need help unloading the cats.
**Handicap: ** There are two steps up to the entrance door and an entrance/sluice with a 75cm doorway. The toilet is located on the old back staircase and is unfortunately not accessible by wheelchair/walker, as the walls give narrow and crooked angles.
