Workshop for children: Learn the language of cats

**Come and start your journey to becoming true cat whisperer! **
The workshop is for children between the ages of 8 and 12 — whether you have a cat yourself or just love them.
There is room for 6 children in the workshop and it is without parents, who can instead take an adult break at a cafe on Vesterbros Torv or in Skydebanehaven in the meantime. Remember to reconcile this with your child in advance :-)
Cats are different from dogs — they are independent, proud and full of little quirks. Many people think they may seem unpredictable, but in fact cats are constantly sending signals that we can learn to understand.
We look at the cat's body language: the tail, ears, eyes and sounds. You will get tips to see when a cat is happy, curious, insecure, in a playful or cuddly mood or just wants to be left alone. We talk about what cats like and what they need and you can ask all the questions you have about cats and their cool and funny quirks.
There will be plenty of time to practice “talking to cats” through play and nous with Vikalikat's own cats.
The workshop lasts 75 minutes and there is cake (or another snack from the committee) and a soda/juice/cocoa included, as well as a workshop certificate.

Practical information
Doors open 5 minutes before the event starts. Takes over and footwear are left in the entrance hall. There are loan futons for those with cold feet.
Attention: This workshop is for children alone. Parents can enjoy an adult moment at the cafe on Vesterbro Torv or in Skydebanehaven while or somewhere else nearby.
