Tuesday evening: Meowfullness - meditation with cats (in english)

For cat lovers ready for a quality pause. In this workshop, you’re invited to slow down, relax your shoulders, and connect with the present moment in the company of cats who have mastered the art of living life one sunbeam at a time. You’ll be gently guided through a simple meditation and visualization focusing on breathing, awareness, and presence.
When you meditate surrounded by cats, their calmness rubs off on you, allowing you to sink into a healing and energizing sense of presence. It’s pure fur therapy!
No prior experience with meditation is needed — just come as you are. You’ll be safely guided (in english) every step of the way.
Hvad er inkluderet?
Access to the cat lounge, meditation, unlimited filter coffee or tea (or one drink from the fridge), plus a luxury chocolate cream puff treat or another snack of your choice.
Praktisk information
7:00–8:30 p.m.
The door opens 5 minutes before the session. Outerwear and shoes are left in the entrance. Slippers are available for those with cold feet.
Note: This is the cats’ home, and they are free to move around as they please — including choosing to withdraw if they don’t feel like socializing. We do our best to ensure the best conditions for interaction between guests and cats. House rules must be followed and please note that time spent with the cats is at your own responsibility.
